Event Marks Tenth Anniversary of Gilman Scholarships to Increase a Diversity of American Students in Study Abroad

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), in partnership with a Institute of International Education (IIE), will horde a accepting on Thursday, Dec 15, 2011, during 6:00 p.m., to symbol a tenth anniversary of a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program. The accepting will be hold during in a Columbus Club during Union Station in Washington, DC.
