The Yellow Oval Room in the White House also serves as President Barack Obama’s personal dance floor, the president reportedly told People in an interview to be published on Friday.

Obama told People magazine that he, first lady Michelle Obama and close friends spent a recent Friday night dancing to soul tunes in the room that was previously used as Franklin Roosevelt’s private study.
“Friday night. In the Yellow Oval. We had some guests over. It was a small group,” Obama told People when asked about the last time he danced in the room.
“Somebody wanted to dance. And Barack was the deejay,” the first lady said.
The play list reportedly includes Aretha Franklin’s and said, “we ended the night on Al Green, and everybody did a slow dance.”
