Bobby Brown is reportedly leaving his daughter Bobbi Kristina as she remains fighting for her life in a coma, so that he can go on tour in Australia. The singer, is reportedly set to play three shows in Australia with Treach and Kay-Gee of Naughty By Nature at the end of May, as he is under contractual obligations, according to TMZ.

Brown cancelled the gigs that were originally scheduled for March to support his daughter Bobbi Kristina, who has been in a coma since she was found unconscious in a bathtub at her Atlanta home on January 31.

Bobbi Kristina, the only child of the late Whitney Houston, was treated at the Emory University Hospital before being moved to a long-term care centre in Atlanta, where she is regularly visited by her father Bobby and her grandmother Cissy Houston. A family source has told People that Bobbi Kristina is being looked after in a “quiet and peaceful” private room in the centre, where the family have brought along several items from home.

“The family has brought some things from home for her. Not much – just a few things, like a blanket and some pictures,” they told the magazine. They also added: “Everyone’s all cried out by now. We love her and want her to recover.”
