Ryan Reynolds is victim of hit-and-run: Actor ‘OK’ after being struck by a car

Ryan Reynolds was struck by a car in a hit-and-run incident on Friday. The actor was injured during the hit that occurred in Vancouver but is “OK” now. His rep told ET Canada: “While walking, Ryan was struck by a paparazzi driving a car through an underground parking garage.

“The man fled the scene. Ryan is OK.” Police told CBS news: “I can confirm we attended and investigated the hit and run in the parking lot on Friday and there were no injuries. “Unfortunately I have not been given an update and don’t know the outcome or how things have progressed with confirming who the driver is.”


Ryan is currently filming Deadpool in Vancouver
The actor referenced the incident on Sunday evening when a reporter tweeted him: “Hey @VancityReynolds, the CBC wants to know how you are doing after being hit by a car,” He replied: “Put Beachcombers back on the air and I’ll call,” Beachcomber is apparently a hit Canadian TV show that aired on CBC from 1972- 1990 btw. Ryan is currently in his hometown Vancour to film his new film Deadpool. His wife Blake is currently in LA with their daughter James, shooting her own film.
